Standard Consulting Ltd is a data controller registered in England and Wales. We provide strategic consulting and AI-powered intelligence tools for UK law firms. You can contact us at david@standardconsulting.co.uk or by post at our registered address in Bingham, Nottinghamshire.
What data we collect
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect any special category personal data through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry you have initiated). We will not use your details for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for no longer than 24 months from the date of your last contact with us. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, or to make a complaint, please contact us at david@standardconsulting.co.uk. Third parties
When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered via SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA), which processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. This website is hosted on Vercel (USA), which also processes data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement. Both processors are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. We do not sell or share your personal data with any other third parties for their own purposes.
