SRA Compliance
HarkIQ is designed with SRA obligations at its core. Data is processed under appropriate legal bases under UK GDPR. Client call data is handled in accordance with SRA Principle 6 (acting in clients’ best interests) and the SRA Transparency Rules. No client data is used to train models. All processing agreements include appropriate data processing clauses as required by the SRA Standards and Regulations.
GDPR & Data Security
All data is processed and stored within the UK/EEA. HarkIQ operates under a formal Data Processing Agreement as required by UK GDPR Article 28. Call transcript data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Retention periods are clearly defined and configurable per firm. Access controls restrict data to authorised users only. We support your firm’s Data Protection Officer obligations with documentation and DPIAs on request.
HarkIQ is committed to achieving Cyber Essentials certification. If your firm has specific security requirements or procurement questionnaires, David will address these directly.
